Official City of Los Angeles open-data product exposing LADBS Certificate of Occupancy records through dataset 3f9m-afei, an anonymous SODA API, and downloadable full files. Rows carry CofO number, issue date, latest certificate status and status-effective date; assessor book/page/parcel, legal-description and street-address keys; the related PCIS permit; permit and building facts; and, where populated, an `occupancy` value explicitly defined as the approved use for the structure. Public metadata identifies LADBS, official provenance, CC0 1.0 dedication, a weekly committed refresh, and data updated 2026-08-17; the checked live data contained 128,551 rows with CofO issue dates from 2005-01-26 through 2026-08-14. This is a certificate-record dataset, not proof of present operations: 82.89% of checked rows have null occupancy, no separate certificate-type or successor identifier is emitted, and current interpretation must be pinned to `cofo_issue_date`, `status_date`, `latest_status`, and the dataset-level source vintage.
NYSDEC 'Bulk Storage Facilities in New York State' open-data dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n) — a tank-level registry spanning Petroleum (PBS), Chemical (CBS), and Major Oil Storage (MOSF) programs — filtered to aboveground tanks (tank_location begins 'Aboveground') that are In Service. 60,760 registered aboveground tanks across 29,953 facilities. Tank grain (one row per tank); coordinates from the georeference WGS84 point. Single-attribute source (ds_AST always true).
NYSDEC 'Bulk Storage Facilities in New York State' open-data dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n), filtered to closed/historical aboveground petroleum storage tanks (tank_status in 'Closed - Removed', 'Closed - In Place', 'Closed Prior to 03/1991'; program_type='PBS' to exclude Chemical Bulk Storage contamination -- 5,999 CBS rows found in a live pre-filter check; tank_location starting 'Aboveground', matching the current-AST sibling's discriminator). Tank-level grain (one row per tank); 43,732 rows after deduplicating 18 genuine upstream duplicate keys on the program_number+tank_number composite. Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_aboveground_tanks (current AST) source and the Sourced ny_dec__bulk_storage_underground_tanks_historical (HIST_UST) source -- same dataset, complementary tank_status/tank_location filters. Single-attribute source (ds_HIST_AST always true).
NY DEC's Bulk Storage Facilities dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n), filtered to In Service tanks with an underground tank_location (including the literal 10%-below-grade regulatory threshold). Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_aboveground_tanks source (same dataset, complementary tank_location filter). 20,690 rows — below the predicted band (24,000-56,000) but consistent with the AST sibling's real ~75/25 AST/UST split vs. the Tier-C prediction's assumed 50/50 split.
NY DEC's Bulk Storage Facilities dataset (Socrata pteg-c78n), filtered to closed/historical tanks (tank_status in 'Closed - Removed', 'Closed - In Place', 'Closed Prior to 03/1991') with an underground tank_location (including the literal 10%-below-grade regulatory threshold), restricted to program_type='PBS' (petroleum) — a live check found 593 Chemical Bulk Storage (CBS) rows in the unfiltered underground+closed slice that had to be excluded to match the Customer's petroleum-storage-capacity scope. Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_underground_tanks source: same dataset and tank_location discriminator, complementary tank_status filter (In Service vs. closed/historical). 103,300 rows after deduplicating 6 genuine upstream duplicate rows on the program_number+tank_number composite key.
Coordinated historical NYC Open Data schema family comprising Bureau of Fire Prevention Inspections (ssq6-fkht), Active Violation Orders (bi53-yph3), and Building Summary (nvgj-hbht). Anonymous SODA and CSV access support arbitrary NYC BIN, BBL, and premises-address retrieval. The modules preserve account-level latest inspection status, open violation-order codes/descriptions, and building-level sprinkler/standpipe descriptors and open-violation counts. All are frozen snapshots: the source database was decommissioned, no new data will be added, and rows were last updated on 2019-03-07. The Source must never be represented as current compliance, completed correction, current resistance, or system operability evidence.
NDEP Bureau of Water Pollution Control's public BWPC_ActivePermits ArcGIS layer, restricted to currently issued Major NPDES and Minor NPDES permits (PERMITSTAT='PRMTISS'). Supplies both HAZ_WASTE and HW_GEN attributes: every record is both a hazardous waste generator (HAZ_WASTE) and a county HW generator survey participant (HW_GEN). Fetched via paginated ArcGIS REST/JSON with WGS84 geometry; street address and coordinates are fully populated (100% fill rate).
Official City of Chicago open dataset, anonymous SODA API, and full-file download of Department of Buildings violations issued from January 1, 2006 to present. Records are updated daily and include the violation code, corresponding authority description and ordinance text, violation and status dates, inspection context, address, a property-group lot key, and coordinates. The City cautions that the records are historical and informational, may include liable and not-liable cases, do not necessarily reflect current building/property condition, and should not be used as the authoritative outstanding-enforcement record for real-estate transactions.
EPA "Cleanups in My Community" (CIMC) national Sites FeatureServer — spans Superfund/NPL, RCRA Corrective Action, Brownfields, Federal Facilities, and OSC removals with per-program institutional/engineering-control indicators. Multi-attribute source: US_INST_CONTROL (Integration 190) and US_ENG_CONTROLS (Integration 189). Distinct from state-level INST_CONTROL sources (e.g. ny_dec__institutional_controls) — this is the national counterpart, no overlap. Composite PK (REGISTRY_ID, SF_SITE_ID, RCRA_HANDLER_ID, BF_PROPERTY_ID, EPAOSC_SITE_ID). Caveat: SF_IC_IND uses an undocumented numeric code domain (1/2/3/4), no published legend found; non-blank treated as "IC tracked" as the most defensible fallback, could overcount ds_US_INST_CONTROL by up to ~516 rows — see .md for detail.

Official NYC Open Data dataset and SODA API listing façade compliance filings submitted in DOB NOW: Safety. Records resolve to buildings through BIN, street address, and borough/block/lot and carry filing cycle/type, inspection and filing dates, current/filing/prior status, QEWI and owner details, penalties, comments, and exterior-wall type/material. The programme applies to New York City properties higher than six stories and requires a licensed Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector to perform the critical examination and file the technical report. Consequently, SAFE, SWARMP, and UNSAFE are inspection-derived authority filing classifications, not direct observations made by DOB. The dataset does not provide structured defect location/detail, repair completion, correction status, photos, or a row-level publication vintage.

Republished periodically by FDEP with no fixed cadence.
Official San Francisco DBI monthly open dataset of changes in the count of new residential units approved for occupancy. A row identifies a building permit application and address, issuance date, document type (Initial Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, Amended TCO, or Certificate of Final Completion), and additional units certified. DBI staff compile the records from occupancy certifications. This is not a complete Certificate of Occupancy register: only certifications that change the net unit count are recorded, a CFC may be omitted when an earlier TCO already counted all units, and the schema has no block/lot, approved-use code, TCO expiration, certificate revision identifier, or current legal-occupancy status. Preserve each emitted event and do not infer present operations, present legal occupancy, or code compliance. Validate dates: although the description focuses on units made available since January 2018, a live aggregate returned dates from 2002 through an anomalous year 2205.
EPA ECHO public national facility-level compliance and enforcement data delivered through live REST services, generated query CSVs, the ECHO Exporter full ZIP, and coordinated national download dictionaries. Relationships are reported accounting-consolidation relationships, not inferred beneficial ownership.
Commercial bearer-token API for location-first U.S. negotiated rates.
Commercial GET /hail API for continuously updated hail history at an arbitrary U.S. or southern-Canada point selected by coordinates or street address. The linked public schema emits location metadata, requested date range and radius, plus hail-occurrence dates and daily maximum hail size. Current first-party pages conflict on archive depth (the schema says history to 2012, the insurance page says seven years, and the retail report page says 2018 to present), so no fixed archive start is asserted.
Directly purchasable PDF hail-history report for any buyer-selected U.S. address or latitude/longitude, with enterprise bulk accounts. It reports event dates and maximum estimated hail size at the location and within one, three and ten miles. The storefront documents a proprietary hail-verification model combining hail-size algorithms, AI, three-dimensional storm models, remote sensing and point-specific weather data, with one-tenth-inch estimates from 0.7 inches to 4.0+ inches. The marketing page says history starts in 2006 while the current storefront says 2009; the later contract-facing value is used provisionally and the conflict remains a reconciliation pinning gap.
Standing fixed-price commercial lookup producing a shareable PDF history of hail, wind/hurricane, and tornado events affecting a buyer-selected address. It is available independently for purchase and through subscriptions. It is distinct from HailTrace's matter-specific reviewed/certified/expert professional-opinion services.

The integrated product filters the report to HSCA initiations and emits 1,554 response-action × environmental-medium × substance rows across about 489 sites. It preserves facility identity, owner/operator, address, coordinates, Pennsylvania Priority List dates, response actions, media, and contaminant columns, while prepending normalized location fields and an HSCA indicator.

Statewide NC DEQ Inactive Hazardous Sites Branch inventory of sites tracked under the state hazardous-waste cleanup program that are not on the federal National Priorities List, published through an ArcGIS FeatureServer.
Cumulative Alabama subset of National Response Center (NRC) oil/HazMat spill-release incident reports, 1990-2024 = 20,823 incidents. Sourced from NRC because Alabama DEM (the Integration's assigned provider) publishes NO public spill-incident dataset — ADEM's Emergency Response page only gives reporting phone numbers and directs reporters to the NRC. NRC publishes one XLSX per year (nrc.uscg.mil/FOIAFiles/CY<YY>.xlsx); fetch.py reads the INCIDENT_COMMONS sheet, filters LOCATION_STATE='AL', dedups by SEQNOS, converts DMS lat/lon to decimal. ds_street 77.9% (from LOCATION_ADDRESS) / ds_city 91.7% / ds_lat-lon 9.0% → Passable (street-driven). Provider = us_uscg_nrc (federal) — mismatch with al_adem, by necessity.
Arizona subset of the National Response Center (NRC) incident-report archive, 1990-2025 = 6,933 oil/chemical/hazmat release reports. PROVIDER DIVERGENCE: Integration #97 is keyed to az_deq, but Arizona DEQ publishes no comprehensive public spill dataset (Hazardous Material Incident Logbook frozen Nov 2001; legacy.azdeq.gov blocked) and explicitly redirects post-2001 records to the federal NRC. Source owned by us_uscg_nrc and linked to the az_deq Integration. Built from per-year NRC workbooks (nrc.uscg.mil/FOIAFiles/CY<YY>.xlsx), INCIDENT_COMMONS sheet filtered to LOCATION_STATE='AZ'. Single-attribute (SPILLS). Address-described, coordinate-sparse: ds_street 81.8% (LOCATION_ADDRESS), ds_city 97%, ds_state=AZ, ds_lat/lon 3.2% (DMS-assembled) -> Passable on ds_street.
Kentucky subset of the National Response Center (NRC) incident-report archive, 1990-2025 = 16,411 oil/chemical/hazmat release reports. PROVIDER DIVERGENCE: Integration #105 is keyed to ky_dep, but Kentucky EEC publishes no public spill/incident dataset (ER Branch page is contact-only; eSearch exposes only Agency Interest/permits/documents; EEC Data Access Tool lists no spill route; no EEC ArcGIS layer). Source owned by us_uscg_nrc and linked to the ky_dep Integration — same pattern as us_uscg_nrc__incident_reports_az (#97). Built from per-year NRC workbooks (nrc.uscg.mil/FOIAFiles/CY<YY>.xlsx), INCIDENT_COMMONS filtered to LOCATION_STATE='KY'. Single-attribute (SPILLS). Address-described, coordinate-sparse: ds_street 83.7% (LOCATION_ADDRESS), ds_city 97%, ds_state=KY, ds_lat/lon 1.8% (DMS-assembled) -> Passable on ds_street.
Minnesota subset of the U.S. Coast Guard National Response Center (NRC) incident-report archive — petroleum and hazardous-material spill/release reports, 1990–2025 (per-year FOIA workbooks, INCIDENT_COMMONS sheet, filtered to LOCATION_STATE='MN'). 8,633 reports. Federal-substitute source: the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's own Emergency Response / MERTS spill-incident database is not published for bulk download, so this Source is owned by us_uscg_nrc and linked to the mn_pca Integration #107 (provider divergence). Single-attribute: SPILLS.
Cumulative New Jersey subset of National Response Center (NRC) oil/HazMat spill-release incident reports, 1990-2024 = 20,792 incidents. Sourced from NRC because the NJDEP-native spill data (Communications Center / Environmental Action Line in NJEMS DataMiner) is not programmatically sourceable: DataMiner is behind Imperva Advanced Bot Protection AND its record-level report times out/resets on export, with no ArcGIS/Open-Data mirror. NRC publishes one XLSX per year (nrc.uscg.mil/FOIAFiles/CY<YY>.xlsx); fetch.py reads INCIDENT_COMMONS, filters LOCATION_STATE='NJ', dedups by SEQNOS, converts DMS lat/lon to decimal. ds_street 87.8% (from LOCATION_ADDRESS) / ds_city 97.4% / ds_lat-lon 3.4% → Passable (street-driven). Provider = us_uscg_nrc (federal) — substitution for nj_dep, same as AL #96 / AZ #97.
Pennsylvania subset of the National Response Center (NRC) incident-report archive, 1990-2025 = 28,451 oil/chemical/hazmat release reports. PROVIDER DIVERGENCE: Integration #113 is keyed to pa_dep, but PA publishes no broad public hazmat-incident dataset (PEIRS is PEMA/internal; eFACTS is storage-tank-only; no incidents on data.pa.gov; no PASDA incidents layer). Source owned by us_uscg_nrc and linked to the pa_dep Integration — same pattern as AZ #97 / KY #105. Built from per-year NRC workbooks (nrc.uscg.mil/FOIAFiles/CY<YY>.xlsx), INCIDENT_COMMONS filtered to LOCATION_STATE='PA'. Single-attribute (SPILLS). Address-described, coordinate-sparse: ds_street 86.2% (LOCATION_ADDRESS), ds_city 97.8%, ds_state=PA, ds_lat/lon 1.8% (DMS-assembled) -> Passable on ds_street.
South Carolina subset of the federal National Response Center (NRC) oil/chemical/hazmat incident-report archive (USCG). Full archive 1990-2025, filtered to LOCATION_STATE='SC' from the per-year NRC FOIA workbooks (INCIDENT_COMMONS sheet). 12,596 reports. Provider divergence: Integration 114 is keyed to sc_des, but SC DES's Oil & Chemical Emergency Response division takes reports by phone and publishes no public spill dataset (no data.sc.gov dataset; gis.des.sc.gov Emergency_Response folder has only a physiographic map; SC DHEC AGOL org has only aggregated count layers), so the authoritative downloadable source is the federal NRC (us_uscg_nrc). Each record: incident date, type, cause, description, location address/city/county/zip, and (rarely) lat/lon. NRC posts initial, unvalidated reports.
Cumulative Wisconsin subset of National Response Center (NRC) oil/HazMat spill-release incident reports, 1990-2024 = 6,754 incidents. Sourced from NRC because WI DNR's own spill data (BRRTS activity code 04) is not programmatically sourceable: the full archive lives only in the BRRTS bulk zip (apps.dnr.wi.gov, US-geo-locked + binary, unreachable/un-proxyable here), WI DNR publishes no spills GIS layer (entire RR_Sites_Map ArcGIS enumerated — only ERP/LUST activity points), and the open-spills web table is open-only + county-level. NRC publishes one XLSX per year (nrc.uscg.mil/FOIAFiles/CY<YY>.xlsx); fetch.py reads INCIDENT_COMMONS, filters LOCATION_STATE='WI', dedups by SEQNOS, DMS lat/lon to decimal. ds_street 85.5% / ds_city 97.9% / ds_lat-lon 2.8% → Passable. BELOW predicted band (13,500-46,500) by design: NRC = federally-reported subset, not the full BRRTS state archive. Provider = us_uscg_nrc (federal) — substitution for wi_dnr, same as AL #96 / NJ #110 / AZ #97.
New Jersey industrial-establishment cases whose transactions triggered site-remediation review under ISRA or its predecessor ECRA.
Statewide industrial-facility search results for facilities with Wisconsin industrial storm-water general permit coverage.
Florida Institutional Controls Registry (ICR) — contaminated sites subject to institutional controls (recorded deed restrictions/covenants/use restrictions) under Ch. 62-780 F.A.C. FDEP DWM ICR polygon layer 12; 2,628 sites with site name, address, and control-boundary centroid coordinates. INST_CONTROL is the registry's primary attribute (every ICR site has an institutional control). Single-attribute source. NOTE: same ICR layer 12 as fl_dep__institutional_controls_registry (#266/ENG_CONTROLS) — kept separate per attribute by dev decision.
New York environmental-remediation sites whose NYSDEC control_type is INST, including institutional controls such as environmental easements, deed restrictions, decision documents, and environmental notices.
Recorded Indiana environmental restrictive covenants and deed notices represented as polygons.
Florida Institutional Controls Registry (ICR) — FDEP Division of Waste Management registry of contaminated sites with institutional and/or engineering controls (Ch. 62-780 F.A.C.). Polygon layer 12 on the FDEP Geospatial Open Data MapServer; 2,628 sites with site name, address, and control-boundary centroid coordinates. Serves ENG_CONTROLS: FDEP publishes no standalone engineering-controls dataset, and in FL an engineering control requires a recorded institutional control, so EC sites are a subset of the ICR (the EC subset is not separately flagged in the public data — full ICR shipped).
One public investment-adviser registry Source combining IAPD arbitrary firm/representative lookup with current XML compilations and historical Form ADV Part 1 CSV archives. Exact scalar leaves cover firm and representative identity, registrations, offices, owners/executives, affiliations, employment, business activities, filing pins, and disclosure indicators. Private-residence location/contact leaves and document bodies are excluded.

Historical closed cases from New Jersey site-remediation records with confirmed historic contamination.
Official City of Los Angeles open-data product exposing soft-story-related permit and permit-application records through a dedicated Socrata catalog asset (nc44-6znn), API, and downloadable files. It contains parcel/address keys, permit identifiers, issue and status dates, permit status/type/category, work description, building attributes, and related permit-party fields. The product is limited to City of Los Angeles permit records selected into this soft-story view; it is not the mandatory programme's full building inventory. Metadata commits to weekly refresh, but the data was last updated 2023-05-22 and the latest row dates are 2023-05-19, so consumers must pin results to that source vintage. Permit issuance, `CofC Issued`, `Permit Finaled`, or absence of a record must not be interpreted as current structural safety, retrofit design adequacy, or complete ordinance compliance without an official status definition and newer authority evidence.
Master mapped listing of sites under all Maryland Land Restoration Program tracks.
Public EDMS index of asbestos demolition and renovation notification lifecycle documents, filtered to Asbestos media and ADVF subtype and joined to LDEQ Agency Interest facility records for location context.
Daily public record of Louisiana Voluntary Remediation Program properties carrying institutional controls, deduplicated to one row per LDEQ Agency Interest property from the portal’s manual CSV export.
Public, unauthenticated Texas DSHS search for lead-abatement project notifications, with one result per notification tied to a facility or project address. Searches require county and date criteria; the portal does not provide a bulk download or API.
WVDEP Dedicated Tanks portal's Active and Closed LAST Events By County reports, combined by the verified integration. Records describe leaking aboveground-storage-tank cases, responsible parties, substances, tanks, waterways, capacity, case dates, and program indicators; the report address is the responsible party mailing address rather than the leak site.
Florida DEP STCM "Leaking Aboveground Storage Tank Site Locations" report — the authoritative, purpose-built dataset for facilities with an aboveground tank and a recorded discharge. Fetched per-county across all 67 counties (POST cid+query_cid, same session-cookie pattern as the sibling fl_dep__regulated_ast/fl_dep__regulated_ust reports) and aggregated from 6,518 tank-substance-component rows to 1,473 distinct facilities by FAC_ID. Latitude/Longitude are published directly on the report in unsigned DMS format and converted to decimal degrees by fetch.py (no ArcGIS join needed). FDEP's own PLACEMENT column splits every facility into "AST Only" or "AST UST" (also has an underground tank) since STCM cannot attribute a discharge to a specific tank — both values qualify for ds_LAST=true. Single-attribute source: LAST.
Illinois EPA statewide ArcGIS layer of leaking underground storage tank incidents, including site identifiers, location, responsible project contacts, and resolution-related dates.
South Carolina leaking-UST release records from public-records exports, enriched with facility addresses from confirmed-release and UST-registry records, at release grain.
Statewide GIS registry of leaking underground storage tank incidents and sites.
All leaking underground storage tank incidents published by DC DOEE through the DC GIS feature layer, from historical records through the present. Each row represents a distinct case number and includes open, closed, no-further-action, administrative-closure, and related statuses; the live endpoint returned 1,952 records on 2026-07-13.
Official standing public browser lookup for FMCSA Licensing & Insurance records by USDOT number, docket number, legal/DBA name, and state or country. Carrier details document identity, addresses, operating-authority status and history, public regulatory insurance filings and compliance, BOC-3 compliance, pending applications, and revocations. No developer schema is offered, so Feature paths, wire types, and cardinalities remain unknown.
Statewide workbook of facilities ever permitted, registered, or exempted by IDEM air permitting programs.
TCEQ public ArcGIS layer "LPST Points" — leaking petroleum storage tank incidents statewide (open + closed). One row per incident, keyed on LPST_ID (site-level RN can repeat across multiple incidents at the same site). ds_state hardcoded to TX per the tx_tceq__state_superfund precedent — layer has no explicit state column and is definitionally Texas-only.
Hazardous-waste and state cleanup sites selected from MDE’s Land Restoration Program layer.
NY DEC's shared Environmental Remediation Sites Socrata dataset (c6ci-rzpg), filtered via a facility-name substring heuristic (MGP/MANUFACTURED GAS/GAS WORKS/GAS LIGHT) since DEC publishes no dedicated MGP dataset or program_type flag. 225 program-enrollment rows (HW 140/VCP 64/BCP 20/ERP 1) across 186 distinct physical MGP sites statewide; the raw undeduplicated count was chosen over the site-deduplicated count to avoid inventing a cross-program dedup key DEC doesn't provide.
Brownfield-flagged sites from MDE’s Land Restoration Program sites layer.
Daily public Company Census dataset for active, inactive, and pending FMCSA entities. Its Socrata API and reusable full-file export expose the current 147-column MCMIS row schema covering entity identity, operations, equipment, drivers, cargo, addresses, docket identifiers, and review/safety fields. Equipment fields are carrier-reported owned, term-leased, or trip-leased fleet counts, not VIN or title ownership.
Commercial API/dashboard add-on to Business Verification for buyer-initiated U.S. lien searches. Current first-party documentation covers business UCC, federal-tax, and state-tax liens and associated-person UCC/tax-lien order modes. Results use documented lien objects with filing identity, parties, jurisdiction, source-emitted status and status category, filing/update/lapse dates, normalized collateral type, negative-pledge indication, and monetary fields. Filing/termination services, monitoring events, bankruptcy, and Secretary-of-State verification remain outside this Source boundary.
Daily public operating-authority carrier dataset. Each row is an authority/docket relationship, so identifiers can repeat; no nested authority object or derived count is asserted. The corresponding daily-difference dataset is a delivery variant.
Statewide extract of MPCA solid-waste disposal areas filtered to municipal solid waste, ash, industrial waste, demolition debris, and closed-landfill site types, with facility, permit, status, address, and coordinate details.
Nationwide, unfiltered archive of U.S. Coast Guard National Response Center (NRC) oil/hazardous-material release-notification reports, CY1990-CY2025 (1,032,643 rows). Same upstream yearly workbooks (nrc.uscg.mil/FOIAFiles/CY<YY>.xlsx, INCIDENT_COMMONS sheet) that back the 12 state-filtered us_uscg_nrc__incident_reports_<state> SPILLS sources, kept here unfiltered by state/territory to serve Integration 331 (ERNS/US). Built after confirming no independent EPA ERNS dataset still exists separately from the NRC's own database (EPA's ERNS was structurally just EPA's copy of NRC-reported notifications; no live Envirofacts table or downloadable archive remains). Known upstream limitation: the CY2017-CY2025 yearly files are each truncated by the NRC server to Jan 1-Sep 9 of that year (not a fetch.py bug) — see the .md for details.
Statewide point inventory of North Carolina Brownfields Program projects, including site identity, location, acreage, status, status date, and program links.
Commercial AI Packs and preprocessed property-feature data available in MapBrowser, by AI Feature and Rollup APIs, and through licensed offline exports. The API supports distributed buyer-selected property AOIs, address geocoding, date filters, real-time retrieval, bulk mode, and flat single-row Rollup CSV/JSON output. GeoJSON feature arrays and geometries remain in Source prose; proposed output Features are only exact scalar columns from the officially linked Gen 6 flat Rollup data dictionary.

One NPPES registry Source with a public read-only API for arbitrary NPI, person-name, organisation-name, taxonomy, and location searches plus the main monthly replacement and weekly incremental dissemination files. It returns provider identity, enumeration status and dates, organisation identity, public practice locations, taxonomy/licence records, and scalar authorised-official identity/title on Type 2 organisation records. Repeated structures remain prose; shared address or taxonomy does not establish employment.
Standing Miami-Dade official-records index lookup over deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, satisfactions and releases, searchable by party/company, document/date, Clerk file number, book/page, legal/plat and property address. Documented visible results include filing identity, dates, names, legal/property references, document type and image-availability concepts. Internal browser routes are not an offered API; images, certified copies, and inferred lien status are excluded.
Public case-search application for open and closed Maryland Oil Control Program cases.
NCDEQ Oil Terminal Facility registration list for AST #252 (facilities with ASTs >21,000 gal). In NC, ASTs at that threshold are regulated only as Oil Terminal Facilities (NCGS 143-215.77(11)/143-215.96); NCDEQ publishes no OTF/AST facility registry online, so obtained via records request to the UST Section (delivered 2026-07-15). 157 facilities (159 rows minus 2 closed). Name/street/city only — no ZIP or coordinates in the list.
TCEQ Operating Dry Cleaner Registrations — all currently-valid Texas dry-cleaning facility and drop-station registrations (Texas law requires both to register and renew annually). 1,331 active registrations (651 facilities + 680 drop stations) with registration id, entity/owner names, full location address, county, TCEQ region, solvent type/capacity, and a per-row coordinate point. Published as a Socrata Open Data dataset (qfph-9bnd) on data.texas.gov. Single-Attribute (DRYCLEANERS) source.

Published through the U.S. Department of Labor Open Data Portal as a downloadable CSV archive.
NYSDEC Bulk Storage Facilities dataset (pteg-c78n), filtered to program_type='PBS'. Full unfiltered tank inventory, all statuses, all locations. One row per registered tank (or per facility when no discrete tank is registered). Deliberately independent of the 4 already-Verified ny_dec sources built on the same dataset (bulk_storage_aboveground_tanks, ..._aboveground_tanks_historical, ..._underground_storage_tanks, ..._underground_storage_tanks_historical) — those cover ~228,516 of ~254,502 PBS rows via status/location filters; this Source accepts the overlap rather than reopening Customer-signed-off deliverables. Pattern for TANKS going forward: full inventory, independent of any AST/UST split per locale.
Statewide registry of Perc-NESHAP dry-cleaner facilities that filed compliance notifications, including pickup-only stores.
FDEP's statewide "Petroleum Contamination Monitoring (PCTS) Discharges from STCM" ArcGIS layer — the structured/queryable equivalent of FDEP's "Discharge Cleanup Summary" web report named in the Prediction Notes. Covers all storage-tank petroleum discharge/incident records tracked in the STCM database: 38,677 records as of 2026-07-13, across 27,800 distinct facilities. This layer is FDEP's full storage-tank contamination inventory — it is NOT exclusively scoped to underground tanks, and no FDEP field reliably distinguishes UST from AST discharges at the record level (ELIGIBILITY_PROGRAM is a funding-eligibility code, not a tank-type flag; FACILITY_TYPE doesn't cleanly split either, though ~92% of rows are UST-typical facility types like Retail Station and Fuel user/Non-retail). Fetched fully unfiltered; every row is marked ds_LUST=true per explicit developer confirmation, consistent with how the sibling ga_epd/de_dnrec/az_deq LUST Sources treat their state UST-cleanup registries as the LUST proxy. See the source .md for the full UST-vs-AST scoping discussion.
Commercial global company matching/enrichment through API and enterprise Data License feed. It matches PDL id, name, website, profile, ticker, or location and emits profile plus 1–10 likelihood and premium immediate/ultimate parent ids. Repeated subsidiaries/affiliated entities remain profile-derived prose, not register facts.

Statewide inventory of active permitted Tennessee landfills with class, identity, operating status, address, county, and coordinates.
National point inventory of major petroleum bulk, breakout, and marine terminals, including location, operator, terminal type, commodities, transport modes, and capacity. This is a terminal inventory, not a complete registry of all aboveground storage tanks.
EPA's PFAS Analytic Tools republishes National Response Center spill reports through the PAT_Spills ArcGIS layer. This integrated source filters Material_Involved for AFFF or FOAM and emits incident identifiers, dates, quantities, materials, narratives, responsible parties, causes, water impacts, raw and geocoded locations, and relative-location descriptors. Its conformed output adds normalized address and coordinate columns plus an AQUEOUS_FOAM_NRC indicator on every selected row.
Delaware sites under active PFAS investigation in drinking water, groundwater, or surface water.
EPA's PFAS Analytic Tools Superfund layer identifies National Priorities List sites with reported PFAS detections. The integrated product filters the ArcGIS layer to NPL_Site=Yes and emits 464 site records with EPA identifiers, names, addresses, coordinates, NPL status, site type, program context, and profile links. It preserves the 18 fetched ArcGIS attributes and adds seven normalized location and PFAS indicator columns.
Curated statewide BRRTS listing of activities where PFAS contamination has been confirmed.
EPA's PFAS Analytic Tools 'Toxics Release Inventory' Waste Management layer (PAT_TRI_Waste_Management, FeatureServer layer 5) -- TRI Form R Section 8 waste-management line items for PFAS and other TRI-listed fluorinated organics. 1,895 rows / 127 unique TRI facilities nationwide, reporting years 2015-2024. Picked over the sibling On-Site Releases layer (layer 6), which is the more literal match but currently returns almost no live data (EPA-side refresh gap).
EPA Chemical Data Reporting and legacy Inventory Update Reporting manufacture/import records filtered to chemicals on EPA Substance Registry Service list 490, the strict TSCA §8(a)(7) PFAS list. The integrated product emits one row per facility, chemical, and reporting cycle across 1998–2024, with normalized address and available coordinates plus the preserved unified reporting fields. Confidential chemical identifiers without a public CAS number cannot be matched to the PFAS list, and coordinate coverage is limited to cycles that publish coordinates.
NYSDEC's three PFOA/PFOS "potential source site identification" facility surveys (2017, FOIL-released PDFs, originally Excel workbooks): a facility-identification survey of manufacturing/industrial facilities (Survey 1, prefix MFG), a Class B fire-suppression-foam usage survey covering airports, military/DoD facilities, bulk storage facilities, and fire departments (Survey 2, prefixes AIR/MIL/BSF/FDP), and a fire-training-centers survey (Survey 3, prefix FTR). Each surveyed facility answered Yes/No/Unknown questions about current or former use, storage, manufacture, or disposal of PFOA/PFOS (or, for the Class B foam surveys, Class B firefighting foam, which does not always contain PFOA/PFOS). fetch.py parses all three PDFs (no ruled table lines; reconstructed from pdfplumber word positions) into one row per surveyed facility -- 2,633 rows total, the full raw survey population including non-responding facilities. conform.py adds ds_PFAS = "true" for any facility answering Yes to at least one question -- the "potential PFAS source site" population, 833 of 2,633 facilities.
Paid API returning field-mask-selected address, contact, type, rating, hours, status, and other details for a buyer-named Google place ID.
Commercial API add-on for aggregate Placer intelligence about unrelated U.S. venues, complexes, chains and areas. Boundary: POI search and core visit, trend, dwell, CBG-origin, frequency, trade-area, ranking and favorite-place/chain reports. Excludes Retail Sales, demographic/add-on products, custom POI/tag/customer workflows, telemetry, device traces and Premium Export. Estimates do not establish that a person entered a premises or that a POI operates. Public API docs do not state earliest API history, refresh SLA or an output model/calibration version.
MDE’s statewide list of individually tracked permitted discharge and outfall locations.
TCEQ's Point Source Emissions Inventory, drawn from the State of Texas Air Reporting System (STARS): an annual survey of chemical plants, refineries, electric utilities, and other industrial sites that meet the emissions-reporting threshold under 30 TAC 101.10. Each row is a (regulated entity, reporting year) observation carrying the company/account identity, site location, and site-wide annual tons-per-year emissions for the EPA criteria pollutants (CO, NOx, Pb, PM, PM10, PM2.5, SO2, VOC). The multi-year state-summary workbook (2010-2024, 28,867 rows) is fetched in full and covers only the AIRS Attribute for Texas.
Statewide registry of pre-1983 non-industrial landfill and dump sites tracked by the North Carolina Pre-Regulatory Landfill Program.
Commercial NIPR subscriber product providing current Producer Database information for named individual producers, agencies, and companies. It offers single reports, subscriber batch reports from CSV or typed target entries, and alerts on selected PDB individuals/entities. Reports cover demographic, licensing, appointment, and regulatory-action information across participating jurisdictions. This is a named-target monitoring and enrichment product, not a documented population extract.
Current standing public Cook County Clerk Record of Deeds index lookup. Users may retrieve unrelated records by PIN, address, grantor, grantee, document number and other indexed criteria. Results show index metadata and can be purchased without images. Images, certified copies, office-only products, and inferred active-lien status are excluded.

Current OpenAPI includes GET /v1/persons/{PersonKey}/liens with lien/judgment type, recording date, open/released status, document number, county, amount, filing date, parties and case number. Relatives, contacts, and document images are excluded.
TCEQ PARIS PST Facility Extract (pst_fac.txt), filtered to Number of Active USTs == 0 AND Number of Active ASTs == 0 — literal match to the Chubb Description ("no association as either underground or aboveground tanks"). One row per facility, keyed on FACILITY_ID (verified unique across all 84,230 unfiltered rows). Deliberately independent of the Verified tx_tceq__pst_ust/pst_ast sources — same PARIS program, different scope, no reuse. Below predicted band (51,232 vs 75,000-225,000) accepted as the cost of matching the Attribute's literal wording rather than the full unfiltered 84,230-row alternative.
Official API-keyed REST/JSON service for querying U.S. DOT-registered motor carriers by carrier name, USDOT number, or docket number. Official documentation defines carrier identity, operating status, passenger-equipment, address/contact, complaint, and selected BASIC safety elements; other endpoint families remain omitted where scalar response elements are not documented.
EPA's nationwide CORRACTS extract identifies facilities subject to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act corrective-action authority under sections 3004(u) and 3004(v). The primary CIMC extract emits facility identifiers and names plus EPA region, state, county, city, and ZIP code; the integrated CSV adds normalized address columns, enriched coordinates, and a CORRACTS indicator while preserving the source columns. The pre-verified integrated file contains 3,973 facility records and is released quarterly.

EPA's SEMS Archived Site Inventory identifies former CERCLIS-NFRAP sites removed from active Superfund tracking where no further federal remedial action is planned unless new information changes that determination. The integrated Envirofacts API product emits nationwide site identifiers, names, address and jurisdiction fields, limited coordinates, NPL and non-NPL status, federal-facility and Superfund Alternative Approach indicators, archive dates, standardized address columns, and a SEMS_ARCHIVE flag.
Florida DEP Site Investigation Section (SIS) sites — FL's state hazardous-waste contamination-assessment inventory (the state CERCLIS-equivalent), managed by the Bureau of Waste Cleanup. 918 statewide sites with FDEP site number, name, address, city, ZIP, county, district, coordinates, and a DepNexus document link. Layer 2 of FDEP's CLEANUP_SP Open Data MapServer. Chosen over the 49-row federal-only 'Superfund Waste Cleanup Sites' layer and the much broader 'DEP Cleanup Sites'/'ERIC Waste Cleanup' layers as the HWS-scoped match. Single-Attribute (HWS) source.
Illinois EPA registry of Site Remediation Program No Further Remediation letters, aggregated to one row per site and joined to site location data, with engineered-barrier and institutional-control indicators.
Illinois EPA bulk export of active and inactive voluntary remediation projects enrolled in the Pre-Notice Site Cleanup Program and Site Remediation Program.
Official Mandatory Soft Story Program dataset with one property row keyed by assessor block, lot, parcel number and address. It publishes the four programme tiers and a current programme status string, plus point geography and source/portal timestamps. It does not publish a separate engineering deficiency, retrofit permit identifier, completion date, or present-resistance certification; status values such as “Work Complete, CFC Issued” must remain authority programme statuses rather than derived safety findings. Portal metadata says weekly change and publication frequency. The live dataset contained 4,945 rows and a uniform data_as_of of 2025-07-31T01:02:58.134 when checked, so the stated weekly cadence and observed currency must both be retained.

Texas state Superfund (SF) sites — TCEQ-administered hazardous-substance sites addressed with state funds or via PRPs (the state CERCLIS-equivalent HWS universe per the Chubb Description). TCEQ public 'Superfund' MapServer layer 0 (REM_PROG uniformly 'Superfund (SF)'), the same reachable TCEQ ArcGIS host as the Verified tx_tceq__brownfields. 168 sites, fetched 2026-06-22. Coordinate-rich (100% lat/lon) but address-sparse (48.8% street — many are groundwater/area sites); rated Fit on coordinates per the better-of rule.
Florida DEP State and Tribal Response Program (SRP) sites — 88 sites (closed + active), sourced as FL's voluntary-cleanup (VCP) inventory. FL has no standalone Voluntary Cleanup Program dataset; its voluntary-cleanup construct is the VCTC tax credit (drycleaner + brownfield sites, sourced separately; no public VCTC site list), so the closest formal FL bucket — the EPA CERCLA §128(a) State & Tribal Response Program — is used. Fetched from FDEP's ERIC Waste Cleanup layer (CLEANUP_SP/MapServer/8) filtered server-side to PROGRAM_TYPE='SRP'. Coords from point geometry (signed WGS84), NOT the unsigned DMS columns. ds_street 94.3% / ds_city 100% / ds_lat-lon 100% → Fit.
FDEP STCM "All Facilities and LatLong Information" report, all 67 counties, joined against the DWM_STCM ArcGIS layer for signed WGS84 coordinates. Full lifetime tank-facility registry, all statuses (OPEN/CLOSED/ABANDONED). One row per FAC_ID, verified zero duplicates. Deliberately independent of the 3 Verified fl_dep sources on the same STCM system (regulated_ust, regulated_ast, leaking_ast) — none covers the full any-status roster; this Source accepts overlap rather than reopening Customer-signed-off deliverables. Same pattern as ny_dec__pbs_tanks (Integration 264).
Florida DEP STCM (Site Tracking and Compliance Management) ArcGIS MapServer Layer 5 — drycleaning facilities. Filtered to active facilities only (FAC_STAT IN OPEN, OPEN-NSH, OPEN-SH) and drycleaning facility types (FAC_TYPE IN 1, 3, 6: drycleaner, dry drop-off, dryclean-related other). Returns 961 records statewide with 100% address and coordinate fill. Includes facility name, address, ZIP, county, operator, and operational status.
Delaware construction stormwater notice and permit records.
Standing automated report product, distinct from WeatherGuidance's manually prepared Forensic reports. A buyer selects any address, latitude/longitude or other location, peril (hail or wind) and search period; reports since 2010 are delivered immediately. Hail reports list events of at least 0.75 inch and maximum sizes at the location and one, two, three and five miles. Wind reports document high-wind history at 50 mph or greater. Histories up to ten years have posted prices and longer periods are offered on request.
Florida's official business-entity index through standing browser searches and free fixed-width files. Workday files contain new filings; quarterly files contain all data on record. Separate federal-lien and other file families are not collapsed into this Source.
EPA's quarterly Facility Registry Service Interests download exposes the SEMS layer as an ESRI file geodatabase containing active, non-archived Superfund sites nationwide. The integrated product emits normalized address and NAD83 coordinate columns, a SEMS indicator, and the underlying facility identity, location, NPL status, federal ownership, EPA region, and program-interest metadata. It can be consumed as a complete bulk layer or queried through the documented ArcGIS FeatureServer fallback.
EPA's FOIA-12 full-file report identifies Superfund property-lien activity by site. The integrated output flattens the XLSX attachment embedded in the SEMS PDF into one row per lien, emitting site identifiers, lien lifecycle dates, available property-address parts, associated parties, and an explicit NPL_LIENS indicator. It contains 383 liens at 352 sites.
Florida State Watch Office (SWO) oil and hazardous-materials spill/incident archive — the 'Hazardous Materials/Petroleum Spills (SWO Incidents)' feature layers hosted in the FL Division of Emergency Management ArcGIS Online org and published for FL DEP. 22,153 statewide incidents (Hazardous Materials 22,041 + Petroleum Spill 112), full historical archive reported 2011-07 through 2024-08. The two upstream layers (identical schema) are unioned into one source; IncidentType/source_layer distinguish them. Each record carries incident ID/number/type/name, status, county, dates, signed WGS84 coordinates, report URL, and (where available) facility name, address, chemical released, amount, and CERCLA §304 flag.
Official standalone inventory of San Francisco tall buildings, focused on attributes relevant to earthquake performance and post-earthquake recovery. It is building/address/representative-parcel pointable and emits structural material/system/type, known seismic-retrofit year, permit-document stamp years, completion year, design-code year, site/foundation information, collection date and primary source. The dataset description says that as of October 1, 2018 it contains the complete 156 buildings taller than 240 feet plus 24 buildings over 160 feet. It is not a mandatory-retrofit compliance register: retrofit_date means a known retrofit year, permit_date fields are document date-stamp years, and completion_date may come from a CFC or Emporis. None proves present resistance or current code compliance.

EPA's national UST Finder ArcGIS FeatureServer (Releases layer), server-side filtered to Maryland releases reported before 1999-01-01 — the frozen pre-1999 slice of MDE's legacy 'Recovery Sites Database,' distinct from MDE's live OCP case system (already covered by md_mde__ocp_case_search). 4,543 rows, no auth, paginated via resultOffset/resultRecordCount. Note: this data overlaps with the separately-scoped us_epa__ust_finder source — both draw from what is verifiably the same underlying UST Finder Releases dataset (published via two distinct-but-data-identical ArcGIS items), and this Maryland/pre-1999 slice is fully reproducible by filtering us_epa__ust_finder's fetched output. Kept as an isolated single-attribute source per the developer's explicit decision (Integration 216) rather than folded into the multi-attribute us_epa__ust_finder source.
EPA's national UST Finder ArcGIS FeatureServer (Releases layer, item US_Underground_Storage_Tank_2019), server-side filtered to State='New Jersey' — 16,816 leaking underground storage tank (LUST) release records covering New Jersey's full release history regardless of status (4,672 Open, 12,144 No Further Action/closed). This is a NJ-filtered slice of EPA's UST Finder Releases dataset, not a source published directly by NJDEP; NJDEP's own DataMiner LUST portal was investigated first and abandoned due to an hCaptcha wall with no programmatic bypass. Note: this data has been verified to overlap byte-for-byte (identical LUST_ID sets) with the separately-scoped us_epa__ust_finder source, which draws from a newer-but-data-identical ArcGIS item (UST_Finder_Feature_Layer_2). Kept as a standalone single-attribute source per established developer precedent (Integrations 216/294) rather than folded into the multi-attribute source.
