What Verisk offers
23 sourcesStanding credentialed U.S. commercial-property report product within ProMetrix. A buyer can retrieve reports for selected properties through the ProMetrix portal or named core/workbench integrations. Building Underwriting, Property Details, and Building Fundamentals are report variants of this one product, not separate Sources. Outputs combine Verisk field/virtual surveys, models, public records, and partner data; static observations do not establish present operability.
Standing U.S. commercial subscription to coordinated ISO actuarial circulars for up to 15 personal and commercial P&C lines. Licensed insurer customers receive aggregate industry analyses covering claim frequency and average claim cost/severity, paid and incurred experience, claim and occurrence counts, exposures, loss development, limits, classes, coverages, territories, causes of loss, catastrophes, and expenses. The current schedule supplies line-specific release and data-period context and directs customers to full-circular PDF and Word/Excel downloads in ISOnet. Fast Track reports are ASDI circular components, not a separate Source. Outputs are aggregate benchmarks, not carrier-specific records; optional customized reports and consulting are excluded.
Named ProMetrix engineering report for a selected commercial building's automatic sprinkler protection. It reports site-survey and update dates, design and coverage, water-supply and component evaluation, periodic-test review, deficiencies, and an explicitly defined 0–100 sprinkler grade. It is not proof of current operability or correction after the report date.
Licensed online and batch replacement-cost valuation product for buyer-selected residential structures. It emits a building-specific estimated reconstruction/replacement cost based on current localized materials and labor and can return associated property characteristics and estimate/report pins. The estimate is monetary, with larger values meaning greater estimated rebuild cost; it is not market value. Current public evidence does not establish explicit code-upgrade or debris inclusion/exclusion semantics.
Standing U.S. commercial aggregate property/casualty benchmark product. ISO DataCube provides the latest available five years of class-level premium and loss experience for commercial auto, general liability, commercial property, businessowners, homeowners, personal auto, dwelling, and documented personal-liability content. Buyer-selectable dimensions include state, experience year (and quarter for applicable lines), classification, coverage, subline, type of loss, and exposure basis. Direct outputs include paid/incurred loss and count measures, premium, exposure, frequency, severity, loss ratio, pure premium (loss/earned exposure), and applicable aggregate loss costs at current level. Line-specific notes document developed versus undeveloped experience, anticipated-ultimate settlement treatment, LAE treatment, basic/total-limit treatment, and salvage/subrogation netting. ISO Market Landscape is the coordinated visualization/dashboard surface, not a separate Source. Optional contributor own-book comparisons and all customer-specific portfolio results are excluded from the external benchmark inventory.
Commercial U.S. address- and community-level fire-protection classification data derived from Verisk's Fire Suppression Rating Schedule and delivered through LOCATION. PPC combines emergency communications, fire-department response, water-supply adequacy, and community-risk-reduction evidence; exact public file examples expose PPC, fire-protection area, responding-station band/name, alternative PPC, and water-supply type.
Standing commercial contributory cargo-theft intelligence membership product. Credentialed members can search CargoNet's pooled U.S. and Canadian incident/alert archive, use real-time charts and maps, query recent thefts, visualize up to two years of theft history around customized routes, and access weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual incident/trend reports. The database pools reports from law enforcement, insurers, transportation companies, manufacturers, retailers, and theft victims. The product supplies reported-incident intelligence and does not establish population-complete crime rates, calibrated prospective probabilities, customer shipment telemetry, or a lifted/recovery time unless explicitly reported.
Commercial U.S. advisory insurance-content family spanning commercial and personal lines. It supplies policy forms, rating rules, prospective loss costs and loss-adjustment-expense treatment, pricing circulars, and documented actuarial methodology. Licensed customers can download current and immediately prior loss costs, plus percentage change, by licensed line and jurisdiction through Consolidated Loss Costs Download in ISOnet. It does not establish a particular insurer's adoption, deviation, multiplier, or regulatory approval.
Standing commercial contributory P&C claims-data network for credentialed approved-purpose users. It supports buyer-initiated searches of individuals, businesses, addresses, and vehicles; returns cross-line matched claim histories and questioned-claim/NICB-referral intelligence; and is available through the ClaimSearch application and integration APIs.
Commercial address-level wildfire susceptibility and mitigation analytics for insurer-selected properties. FireLine evaluates vegetative fuel, terrain/slope, road access, wind, structure hardening, defensible space, and community mitigation, and returns a property wildfire risk score/classification plus related hazard-zone insights. Verisk's January 2025 material says the platform covers 14 of the most wildfire-prone U.S. states following its Tennessee launch and receives quarterly and annual model updates; the current product page still says 13 states, so the exact current state list must be confirmed in licensed documentation. FireLine scores are ordinal loss-potential/susceptibility outputs, not publicly documented occurrence probabilities, flame intensity, or loss estimates.
Standing commercial catastrophe-model product for buyer-supplied policies, portfolios, exposure locations, and attack scenarios. The U.S. component supports deterministic, probabilistic, and geospatial terrorism analysis; conventional-bomb, CBRN, and aircraft-crash scenarios; policy- and portfolio-level loss estimation; nationwide 1 km latitude/longitude modeling with finer ZIP resolution in 15 metropolitan areas; and a 500,000-year stochastic catalog. Model loss metrics and associated uncertainty are delivered through the Touchstone user interface and APIs. Touchstone is a delivery platform within this Source boundary, not a separate Source. Outputs are modeled risk and loss estimates, not current threat intelligence or a prediction that one premises will be attacked.
Standing licensed ISO circular-content product by line of insurance. Its Filings feature groups a forms filing's circular lifecycle, filing ID/designation, relationships, documents, metadata, form versions, and explanatory memoranda. Circulars also communicate changes to ISO forms, rules, and advisory loss costs. A filing or circular is not itself proof of a regulator's approval or an insurer's adoption.

Commercial electronic delivery of ISO commercial-lines advisory loss costs, rating rules, policy forms, form-attachment logic, and Commercial Lines Manual instructions. Deployment options are human-readable HTML, machine-readable CSV/XML, and Rating-as-a-Service through an API. The Source represents ISO-authored content and results; insurer-authored multipliers, deviations, tiers, endorsements, and other customer configuration are excluded.
Commercial standing jurisdictional reference for property/casualty rate, rule, and form filing requirements. It provides state-by-state guidance, required forms and instructions, statutes, regulations, bulletins, speed-to-market checklists, keyword search, and customized multistate requirement summaries for all 50 states, D.C., Guam, and Puerto Rico. It describes filing requirements, not a specific filing's disposition or an insurer's adoption.
Licensed online and batch replacement-cost valuation product for buyer-selected commercial buildings. It emits building-specific, current, localized, component-based reconstruction estimates grounded in materials, labor, fees, claims, and construction-cost research. The estimate is monetary, with larger values meaning greater estimated rebuild cost; it is not market or assessed value. Current public evidence does not establish explicit code-upgrade or debris inclusion/exclusion semantics.
Commercial U.S. personal-lines homeowners fire-protection product. For a buyer-named property address, PPS provides a granular 1–100 fire-protection score and a drive-time result based on the actual responding fire station. Public materials say the score builds on FSRS and uses property-specific and neighborhood-infrastructure factors, but they do not expose the PPS output contract, score direction, thresholds, model/version pins, or separate fire-department component outputs.
