QuestionStrong fit
Parcel storage-tank release history

EPA's public national Releases point layer supplies facility and LUST identifiers, facility name and address, coordinates, reported date, raw status, and substance for officially reported leaking-underground-storage-tank releases. It directly supports parcel-centered release-history screening after documented spatial/address matching, while cause, affected medium or receptor, and dates other than Reported_Date remain unclaimed.

QuestionStrong fit
Parcel storage-tank release remediation status

EPA's public Releases layer publishes a raw Status whose live documented values are Open, No Further Action, and Unknown, plus NFA-letter fields and a Tribal-only closed-with-residual-contamination field. EPA documents the layer's snapshot vintages, so the reported status can be pinned to the applicable jurisdiction-level source vintage and retrieval date. This is strong raw remediation-standing evidence, but it does not supply a general per-case status-effective date, corrective-action phase, monitoring chronology, or dated milestone history.

QuestionSupporting fit
Neighboring registered storage-tank profile

EPA's public national UST Finder Facilities point layer exposes facility identifier and name, address and coordinates, counts of open, closed, and temporarily-out-of-service USTs, raw facility status, and date of last inspection. It therefore provides useful facility-grain evidence of officially reported neighboring underground-tank presence and partial standing after downstream address/coordinate or distance matching; it does not identify ASTs or supply the excluded tank table's individual substance, capacity, installation, or removal details.
