Commercial online subscription for buyer-selected CPT, CDT, and HCPCS code analysis. It supplies local GeoZip-based physician charge data, national HCPCS charge data, multiple charge percentiles, current Medicare fees, and selectable locality/facility context; Optum sells access by phone/quote without a contribution requirement.
Separately priced commercial online coding/reference subscription with standing CPT/HCPCS/ICD lookup and an Expert-exclusive fee calculator that computes an adjusted Medicare reimbursement rate for the buyer-selected region. Expert is a distinct sold tier; it is not deduplicated into Standard or Professional because the fee calculator is Expert-exclusive.
