Maxar presents Rapid Access as a worldwide major-event imagery subscription. Coverage is event-activation based, so a global footprint does not mean every event or location receives new collection.
The first-party product and agreement evidence identifies customer-specific commercial, member, subscription, or enterprise access rather than an unrestricted no-charge business tier. That agreement is the ordinary eligible business route and requires paid commercial access; demonstrations or limited evaluation access are not alternatives.
