What Floodbase offers
2 sourcesCommercial per-event CONUS flood-data product. Floodbase licenses daily event footprints showing flood location, extent, and vendor-described severity while an event develops, then delivers an event-summary dataset with maximum observed flooding and a daily time series. Buyers can purchase an available event on demand; files are delivered through ArcGIS Online, secure cloud storage, or an agreed integration. Internally generated hourly footprints are delivered as daily event data under the current offer.
Commercial standing platform for buyer-selected flood-policy locations. It uses historical and near-real-time flood data for location evaluation and index design, continuously monitors active policies, and automatically triggers when agreed thresholds are crossed. Access is contracted at policy bind rather than acquired during a claim. The current page documents a platform and monitoring service, not a separate public Flood Monitoring API.
