2 sourcesCommercial authenticated Property Data API/Data Pack delivery for buyer-selected properties, returning imagery-derived property attributes including roof material, five-point exterior roof condition, and the assessment image date. The current Eagleview Data page advertises purpose-built Data Packs, APIs and batch processing, more than 100 imagery-extracted attributes, and 94%+ U.S./65%+ Canada population coverage. Availability remains property- and pack-specific; the current public page is titled for residential properties and does not support the previous blanket claim of commercial-property coverage.
Commercial authenticated REST API for licensed discovery and retrieval of current and historical aerial imagery for caller-selected location geometry. The documented response contains repeated captures and ortho/oblique image collections, with per-capture start/end dates; raster, geometry, image collections, capture identifiers, imagery type, and resolution metadata remain in Source prose rather than being flattened. EagleView currently publishes 1–6 inch GSD imagery, decades of archives, and coverage of 94% of the U.S. population, with actual location access governed by the organization’s licence.
