What Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services offers
7 sourcesCMS's standing PFS reference product: downloadable annual and quarterly relative-value/locality files plus a web lookup accepting a single code, code range, or code list and returning Medicare payment information for national, MAC, or MAC-locality selections. The 2026 January release distinguishes QP and non-QP conversion-factor variants and publishes release-dated replacement ZIPs.
CMS quarterly OPPS Addenda A, B, and Q public files. CMS defines A and B as snapshots, effective at the beginning of each quarter, of HCPCS codes, status indicators, APC groups, and OPPS payment rates.
One NPPES registry Source with a public read-only API for arbitrary NPI, person-name, organisation-name, taxonomy, and location searches plus the main monthly replacement and weekly incremental dissemination files. It returns provider identity, enumeration status and dates, organisation identity, public practice locations, taxonomy/licence records, and scalar authorised-official identity/title on Type 2 organisation records. Repeated structures remain prose; shared address or taxonomy does not establish employment.
CMS quarterly ASC Fee Schedule and Drug File addenda, publishing covered surgical procedures and ancillary services with HCPCS codes, payment indicators, discounting status, and payment rates. The July 2026 ZIP contains Addenda AA, BB, DD1, DD2, EE, and FF as XLSX and accessible CSV components and was updated July 13, 2026.
CMS quarterly-as-necessary full replacement public-use files for Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies. The July 2026 release supplies a normalized text record per HCPCS/modifier/state combination as well as wide CSV/XLSX tables, with jurisdiction, category, rural status, fee amount, floor, ceiling, and change metadata.
Public monthly downloadable NPPES file listing deactivated NPIs, each deactivation date, and the report's as-of date.
Quarterly CMS public-use files for the Medicare Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule. The current CY 2026 Q3 V1 release contains 2,206 records and publishes row-level calendar year, HCPCS, modifier, effective date, national/local pricing indicator, and payment rate in CSV, TXT, and XLSX formats.
