Tank grain (one row per tank); coordinates from the georeference WGS84 point. Single-attribute source (ds_AST always true).

Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_aboveground_tanks source (same dataset, complementary tank_location filter). 20,690 rows — below the predicted band (24,000-56,000) but consistent with the AST sibling's real ~75/25 AST/UST split vs. the Tier-C prediction's assumed 50/50 split.

Sibling to the Verified ny_dec__bulk_storage_underground_tanks source: same dataset and tank_location discriminator, complementary tank_status filter (In Service vs. closed/historical). 103,300 rows after deduplicating 6 genuine upstream duplicate rows on the program_number+tank_number composite key.
