Sources that carry it
3 sourcesEPA's dedicated ACRES (Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System) Brownfields properties layer, published via the FRS Geospatial Data Download service as the single-program ArcGIS FeatureServer `FRS_INTERESTS_ACRES` (same family as FRS_INTERESTS_AIR). Every record is a Brownfields property assessed or cleaned up with EPA Brownfields grant funding or via an EPA Regional Targeted Brownfields Assessment (PGM_SYS_ACRNM='ACRES', INTEREST_TYPE='BROWNFIELDS PROPERTY' on all rows). Distinct from and fuller than the Brownfields subset already carried by us_epa__cimc_sites, which per EPA's own documentation only includes grant-funded properties visible through the separate Cleanups in My Community tool. Fetched live: 44,235 properties nationwide, within the Integration's predicted 35,000-65,000 band. ds_street fill 99.94%, ds_lat/ds_lon fill 100% -- Fit rating.
