Air-emissions source classification
Regulatory air-source class assigned to a facility, such as major, minor, or synthetic minor.
Sources that carry it
4 sourcesEPA's weekly FRS ICIS-Air ArcGIS layer is the current successor feed for legacy AIRS/AFS and covers stationary air-pollution-source facilities across the United States, territories, and tribal areas. The integration queries the complete layer and emits facility identity, program identifiers, air-interest classification and active status, address, EPA region, and NAD83 coordinates. It also adds normalized address and location columns plus an AIRS/AFS membership flag that is true for every row.
Active Wisconsin air-permitted facilities from DNR's WARP Air Management permit database, exposed as the All Facilities ArcGIS layer used by the Air Management Data Viewer. The layer includes facility identity and location, industry codes, federal permit/source flags, and assigned DNR contacts.
Statewide ArcGIS layer of Georgia Title V major-source and Synthetic Minor permitted air facilities; it excludes other air-permit categories.
ADEQ's "AQD Permits" ArcGIS FeatureServer layer (owner adeq_gisnp) — a facility ("Place") level registry of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Air Quality Division permitted sources, statewide except Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties (which run their own delegated air-permitting programs). Each of the 408 rows is a permitted facility classified via STATE_CLAS as Major Source, Minor source, or Synthetic Minor (two sub-variants) — matching the Chubb Description's major (>100 tons) / minor (<100 tons) criteria pollutant threshold almost verbatim. Regenerated daily per ADEQ's own Hub listing. No address fields are published (only LATITUDE/LONGITUDE); ds_street/ds_city/ds_zip are always blank while ds_lat/ds_lon are 100% filled.
