Building inspection and violation findings
What official inspection, violation, unsafe-building, condemnation, correction, and reinspection findings are recorded for this parcel or address, and what is their disposition?
The data that answers it
Ranked by fit · best firstThe anonymous official SODA product returns address/property-group-keyed violations with authority code, description and ordinance, violation/status dates, inspection context, and OPEN/COMPLIED/NO ENTRY disposition. Records are historical/informational; absence is not a pass and property groups may span buildings.
Historical inspection rows supply building keys, visit/full-inspection dates, and latest status; active-order rows supply building/address keys, violation code/description/date, and OPEN snapshot status. They substantiate frozen 2019 findings, not current compliance or correction lifecycle.
The daily address-level API supplies official violation item/description, violation date, corrective action, status, close date, reinspection number, and source timestamps. Missing rows do not prove compliance and closed records do not establish present condition.
