Observed roof change

For a buyer-selected U.S. address or polygon AOI, Nearmap Roof Age API returns latest or historical roof results with predicted installation date, as-of date, explicit multiple-images-with-change or no-change evidence category, before and after capture dates, resource identity, and model and presentation versions. This is Primary evidence of an observed full-roof replacement change; it is not a general damage classification or proof of every visible alteration.

For a qualifying event and selected property, the extract separates pre- and post-catastrophe structures and supplies capture dates, source/model versions, pre-event roof condition, and post-event debris, discoloration, missing-material, structural-damage, and tarp shares. Undefined scores are excluded.
